Website analytics
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and performance without advertising cookies. Website analytics are separate from desktop application statistics.
Optional application statistics
The desktop application sends no product statistics until you explicitly allow it. If allowed, it sends a random installation identifier, application version, operating system, architecture, locale, release channel, and one daily activity timestamp. It never sends terminal content, commands, prompts, paths, host names, account data, database data, files, or logs.
Purpose and legal basis
Optional statistics are used to understand installations, active versions, platform support needs, and release quality. Processing is based on your consent, which can be withdrawn in Privacy settings at any time.
Storage and retention
The service immediately transforms the random installation identifier with a server-side HMAC. Recent activity is retained for 90 days, inactive installation state for 13 months, and aggregate daily statistics for 25 months. Cloudflare and Alibaba Cloud may process requests as infrastructure providers.
Your choices
Disabling statistics stops future activity reports immediately and starts a background deletion request that never blocks the application. If deletion cannot reach the service, retained data expires under the retention schedule. Contact privacy@aiopsterm.com for privacy requests.
